Yes! If you start with a single session and would like to be matched with the same financial planner in the future, feel free to reach out to us at moneyhelp@ellevest.com to confirm their availability and we’ll follow up with next steps to keep the momentum going!
Ellevest’s multi-session financial planning packages are designed to help you build an ongoing relationship with your financial planner. There are two options for working with them on an ongoing basis.
- Financial Foundation Package + Unlimited Support: For clients who are looking for ongoing support with your day-to-day money management, you’ll get two 60-minute phone calls and one year of unlimited emails with a dedicated CFP Pro, plus a comprehensive, personalized plan to help you build a strong financial foundation.
- Full Financial Planning Package + Unlimited Support: For clients looking for guidance on how to manage multiple overlapping goals, over 12 months you’ll get three 60-minute video calls, unlimited emails with a dedicated CFP® pro, and access to your financial planning portal, plus a comprehensive, personalized financial plan.
- Financial Plan Refresh Package + Unlimited Support: For clients who need some help updating their financial plan due to changing circumstances, you’ll get two 60-minute video calls, unlimited emails with a dedicated CFP® pro, and access to your financial planning portal, plus a fully updated financial plan.
We also offer shorter, more targeted financial planning experiences that include multiple sessions — things like the Full Financial Planning Package. You’ll work with the same financial planner throughout the duration of any multi-session experience.
PS: While you can’t currently choose your financial planner, all of our financial planners are trained, vetted, experienced, and (if we do say so ourselves) excellent at their jobs.
