If you notice an unauthorized charge on your account, let us know right away by emailing support@ellevest.com and a member of our Concierge Team will be happy to help you.
If you believe your account was compromised, you can temporarily lock your card in the app by selecting User from the menu options and selecting Card Management. Here you can choose to lock your card.
From the web, you can click on the user icon in the top right-hand corner and then select Card Management from the dropdown menu. Here you’ll select Lock Card.
