To report your card lost or stolen, sign into the Ellevest app, select User from the menu options, and click Card Management. To report a lost, stolen, or damaged card select Replace card. We’ll send you a replacement card within 7 to 10 business days to the address on file.
From the web, you can click on the user icon in the top right-hand corner and then select Card Management from the dropdown menu. Here you can select Replace Card and choose to report it lost, stolen, or damaged.
When you report your card lost or stolen, we’ll cancel the card so that all future transactions will be blocked. We’ll send you a new card which you’ll receive within 7 – 10 business days.
If your address is incorrect, contact our Concierge Team at firstname.lastname@example.org to advise them that you need to update your address and report your card lost or stolen.
