To secure your Ellevest Digital, Premium or membership account, we require two-factor authentication for the follow actions:
- Withdrawing funds
- Changing login information (email or password)
- Changing your linked bank account
Before you can complete any of these actions, we’ll send a verification code to your number — either by text to a cell or by phone call if it’s a landline. Once you successfully enter the code, you’ll be able to go ahead and complete what you set out to do.
