To secure your Ellevest account, we require two-factor authentication for the following actions:
- Withdrawing funds
- Changing login information (email or password)
- Changing your linked bank account
Before you can complete any of these actions, we’ll send a verification text message code to your mobile number on file. Once you've successfully entered the code, you’ll be able to go ahead and complete what you set out to do.
