Why can’t I access my account?

You’ll be able to access your tax forms and account statements in your Ellevest account through April 15, 2025 by clicking here. 

We suggest saving your login information for our custodian, Goldman Sachs Custody Solutions’ client site. To access your GSCS account, log in to your Ellevest account, navigate to the user menu in the top-right corner, and select “Accounts.” You’ll find your username and password setting instructions under “Investment Account.” We encourage you to save your Goldman Sachs Custody Solutions login information to access your 2025 tax forms once they become available next year.

In order to complete the transition to Betterment, there will be a period from April 11, 2025 through April 20, 2025 when you will be unable to log in or take any action on your Ellevest account (deposits, withdrawals, or transfers). If your account has transferred to Betterment, on or around April 21, 2025, you’ll receive additional instructions from Betterment for claiming your account. If your account remains at Goldman Sachs Custody Solutions, you’ll be able to access your account via Goldman Sachs Custody Solutions.
