Was my account eligible to transfer to Betterment?

If none of your Ellevest accounts (taxable accounts or IRAs) had a balance of at least $10 as of April 10, 2025, your account was not included in the transfer to Betterment, and you’ll need to work directly with Goldman Sachs Custody Solution to complete any necessary next steps. Accounts that were closed on or before April 10 or had a restriction will remain at Goldman Sachs Custody Solutions.
