We encourage you to download your account statements prior to the transition, as they will only be accessible via your Goldman Sachs Custody Solutions account for 12 months after the transition. After that period, you will need to contact GSCS directly at (844) 413-1820. to request past statements.
You’ll continue to receive your account statements from Goldman Sachs Custody Solutions through April 30, 2025.
If your account is transferred to Betterment, you’ll receive account statements from them after April 30, 2025.
If you still have accounts with GSCS, you will continue to receive monthly statements from them. If you do not move your account away from GSCS after April 10, 2025, your account will not be actively managed or rebalanced.
