What happens if I didn't take any action?

If you didn’t take any action by April 10, 2025, your Ellevest account(s) will automatically transfer to Betterment on April 17, 2025. 

If you have less than $10 in total across your Ellevest account(s) as of April 10, 2025, your accounts will not be transferred to Betterment, and you’ll need to work directly with Goldman Sachs Custody Solution to complete any necessary next steps. 

To access your account via Goldman Sachs Custody Solutions: Log in to your Ellevest account, navigate to the user menu in the top-right corner, and select “Accounts.” You’ll find your username and password setting instructions under “Investment Account.”
