What happens if I entered the wrong information?

If you realized that you gave us the wrong information, please email our Client Experience Team at support@ellevest.com or call us at 1-844-355-7100. Incorrect information may cause delays in the processing and transfer of your account, so the earlier you let us know, the earlier we can try to help to fix the issue!

Should Folio (the custodian for your Ellevest account) learn of incorrect information while processing the transfer, they will let us know. At that point, a member of the Ellevest  team will contact you to discuss next steps.
