Your Ellevest plan is $12 a month. We designed our pricing to be straightforward and easy to understand.
What’s included?
The cost of Ellevest covers investing and educational resources, and it unlocks up to 50% off all financial planning sessions.
Some investing companies charge an advisory fee (called “basis points” or “bps”) that’s calculated as a percentage of the total amount you have invested with them. We don’t charge a separate fee like this at Ellevest — investment advice is included in your plan fee.
What’s not included?
Investing credit: Your plan fees cover investing and educational resources; these funds are not invested.
Financial planning services are available for purchase in the Ellevest Store, with clients getting up to 50% off every session.
Also, the companies who own the individual funds in your investment portfolio likely charge a small fee — these are normal, and they’re called “fund fees” or “expense ratios.” At Ellevest, fund fees are built into the purchase price of your investments and won’t appear as a separate fee transaction on your statement.1
Finally, there may be other small costs associated with your Ellevest account. You can read more about them here.
Ellevest Private Wealth Management
The fee for Ellevest Private Wealth Management, which is designed for those with $1M or more to invest, is based on your total assets under management. All of our Private Wealth services — including financial planning and investment management — are covered by the advisory fee. You can see our standard fee schedule here.
1For Ellevest core (non-Impact) portfolios, the ETF fund fees can range from 0.05% to 0.10% per year, and for Ellevest Impact Portfolios, these ETF and mutual fund fees can range from 0.13% to 0.19% per year. This range includes blended expense ratios for clients overall portfolios, not individual fund expense ratios.
