If you're experiencing a delay in your new linked bank account's approval, check out this FAQ.
From a desktop or laptop computer, navigate to the user menu at the top right-hand side of your dashboard. Under the Settings option, select Linked Bank - you will have the option to update your bank link here.
From the mobile app, select the User menu in the bottom navigation and select Linked bank account.
*Clients must wait 60 days to make changes to their bank links after linking a new account.
If there is a transfer in progress into or out of the linked bank, the bank can’t be changed until the transfer is complete.
Clients can link a personal checking or savings account to their Ellevest account. At this time, we are unable to link business accounts to your Ellevest account.
